Does anybody know a reliable cure for snoring?
Firstly, I am curious if anybody has any first hand experience with Snore Relief by Breathe Right, as that is my current direction, having just tried the Breathe Right strips with little success.
Secondly, are there any other "cures"? remedies? solutions?
Thirdly, what causes an increase in snoring? Illness? Stress? Decrease in good sleep? Or is it just because?
I love the pillow over face approach!!

Well I have tried everything but the Snore Relief from breathe Right but I did try the strips and there was no success with them. Here is what I found works around 80 % of the time for my husband:
Snorestop Extinguisher (Maximum Strength) I bought it at our local drugstore but it will set you back a pretty penny. I think I paid around 20.00 for a .4 ouch spray bottle. Takes 2 sprays before going to bed. It does work better than anything we’ve ever tried. I lost the box it came in but I believe it is around 200 sprays you get out of that bottle and it makes sense as it’s lasted my husband around 3 months. But then I would pay any price to not listen to him snore lol

i tried everything to help my husband stop snoring, nothing over the counter helped, i finally sent him to a doctor (neurologist) who had him do a sleep study. sure enough he has sleep apnea, which is where the flap in your throat covers,the wind pipe and he snored like hell, more importantly he stop breathing until he moved, which in point interupped his sleep pattern, he has been put on a cpap machine, that keeps the air flow, no snoring, and he feel so much better.. perhaps this is a signal you should take a look into, my info says if you do not treat sleep apnea it can cause major health issues. hope this helped

Cure for snoring:
Place pillow over face of snorer, press firmly. Keep in place until snorer stops kicking.
