   In the first few seconds you convinced us there was a problem, but I’m at 4 minutes and am only now seeing at a distance what the device is. What would have held my interest is a varied approach — say it, give a teaser, talk a little science, show it, give credentials, testimonials etc. One of my favorite approaches to conveying information was created by Christopher Alexander in his 1970s book A Pattern Language.
