Any advice on how to eliminate snore?
Snoring is not a disease. It is just habituation of the body. The persons having deep sleep, have this problem. In deep sleep muscles are much relaxed and they vibrate with respiration and snoring sound is created. Persons with the habit of lying and sleeping straight with face up towards the roof, mostly do this. So by sleeping on sides U can reduce this nuisance.
